Parcelle Gifting , Terms and Conditions.
Payment and Dispatch
Invoices will be issued for payment prior to dispatch of your gifts.
Please allow a minimum of three (3) weeks’ notice for your preferred dispatch
date to ensure availability and timely delivery.
Delivery Timeframes and Fees
Metro Deliveries: $16.50 per delivery. Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business
days.
Western Australia & Regional Deliveries: $34.95 per delivery. Estimated
delivery time is 3–10 business days, depending on the destination.
Delivery Conditions
If no one is available to receive the delivery, gifts may be left in a safe place or with
reception at a business address.
Any unsuccessful delivery attempts that require redelivery will incur an additional
fee, ranging between $16.50 and $34.95, depending on the delivery location.
Branded Merchandise.
By approving your design proof, you confirm you’ve reviewed all details carefully
and accept responsibility for any errors found after approval. Proofs are digital
mockups and production begins only after written confirmation.
Please review all text, graphics, colours, and layouts thoroughly, as reprints due to
client error will incur additional costs and standard turnaround times. Colour
variations may occur between screens, print runs, and methods, and exact colour
matches cannot be guaranteed.
As all products are custom-made, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of
mind. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law,
and you remain entitled to a remedy for any major failure or other rights under that
law.
